Do I need gym experience before contacting you?
No. Many clients start with little or no training experience. Every coaching plan and personal training session is tailored to your current fitness level and goals.
How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. If you're applying for coaching, you will receive a reply with the next steps and information about available training slots.
Can I message you directly on Instagram instead?
Yes. If you prefer, you can contact me directly via Instagram at @teamvacoaching. However, the application form is the best way to start if you’re serious about coaching.
Do you offer online coaching as well as in-person training?
Yes. Alongside personal training in Huddersfield and Ashton-under-Lyne, I also offer online body transformation coaching for clients across the UK and internationally.
